Using Prompt & Paint
Prompt & Paint lets you create paint-by-number style coloring pages from text prompts, color them, save your progress, replay existing pages, export artwork, and share finished creations.
Please use Prompt & Paint in a lawful and respectful way. If you are using the app for a child, you are responsible for supervising that use.
User Prompts and Generated Coloring Pages
You are responsible for the prompts you enter. Please do not submit prompts that are illegal, harmful, abusive, sexually exploitative, hateful, or that violate someone else's rights.
Prompt & Paint uses AI generation services to help create coloring pages. AI-generated results may be unexpected, inaccurate, incomplete, similar to results created for other users, or different from what you requested.
We do not promise exclusive ownership or unique rights in AI-generated coloring pages. To the extent allowed by law and any applicable third-party terms, you may use, save, export, and share the coloring pages you create through Prompt & Paint.
Saved Work, Replay, Export, and Sharing
Prompt & Paint may let you save your coloring progress, replay existing pages, export finished artwork, and share creations outside the app.
We try to keep saved work available, but we cannot guarantee that saved pages, progress, replays, exports, or shared files will always be available, recoverable, or free from errors. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of artwork that matters to you.
When you share artwork, you are responsible for where and how you share it.
Purchases, Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds
Prompt & Paint may offer paid features, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases through Apple's App Store.
Purchases are handled by Apple through your Apple Account. Apple's App Store terms and payment rules may also apply. We may use services such as RevenueCat to help confirm whether your purchase or subscription is active.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not directly by Prompt & Paint. To request a refund, please use Apple's refund process.
Service Availability and AI Generation Limitations
Prompt & Paint depends on app systems, device performance, network access, Apple services, and AI generation providers. The service may be unavailable, slow, interrupted, changed, or discontinued at times.
We do not guarantee that AI generations will always work, always be available, always produce a usable coloring page, or always be recoverable later.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse Prompt & Paint. This includes trying to break, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, copy, or interfere with the app, website, purchases, subscriptions, AI generation systems, or other users' experience.
You may not use Prompt & Paint to create, request, upload, export, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, or infringing on someone else's rights.
Intellectual Property
Prompt & Paint, including its app design, website, branding, and software, belongs to Prompt & Paint or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of the app, website, software, branding, or underlying technology.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, modify, or use Prompt & Paint's software, branding, or materials except as allowed by the app and these Terms.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Prompt & Paint is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no promise that the app or website will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or always meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of Prompt & Paint, or for lost data, lost artwork, lost profits, service interruptions, AI generation failures, or purchase issues handled by Apple.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Prompt & Paint after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
