Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. If the issue involves a generated page, include the prompt you used.
Creating Pages
If a page does not generate, try a shorter prompt with a clear subject, such as "cute cat in a garden" or "magical castle." Avoid names, private details, or unsafe requests.
Generation needs an internet connection. If the app is offline or the service is busy, wait a moment and try again.
Coloring and Saving
Saved pages appear in your gallery. If you cannot find a page, check whether it was deleted or whether you are using the same device.
Use undo if you fill the wrong region. Hints and matching tools can help you find the next space to color.
Subscriptions
Prompt & Paint Pro subscriptions are handled through the App Store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
If Pro is active but the app does not recognize it, use Restore Purchases in the app and make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
Sharing Artwork
Finished pages can be exported to your camera roll or shared using the iOS share sheet. If sharing fails, check Photos permission and available device storage.
